We are an impartial and confidential counselling service to adults. Offering an integrative counselling approach, comprising a range of effective counselling techniques. Including: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Person-Centred and Rational Behavioural Therapy, trauma work, inner child work and art therapy.
